Elizabeth is a CIPD accredited HR professional with over 15 years’ experience as a generalist HR practitioner in SME and corporate organisations. Until April 2011, Elizabeth was HR director of a Dutch owned multi-national organisation providing infrastructure, environmental and buildings consultancy services. Reporting directly to the CEO and seated on the UK board, Elizabeth provided strategic HR services and led a team of four HR professionals providing generalist HR services to 800 employees in the three business lines across six offices in the UK during a period of intense structural redevelopment due to both economic change and mergers and acquisition.

Elizabeth has operated at strategic, advisory and administrative level in both SMEs and corporate organisations. She has extensive experience in strategic planning, culture development, change management, reward and benefits, executive selection for hire and promotion, talent and succession management and performance management.

Professional, pragmatic and resourceful, Elizabeth believes in commercially-focused HR solutions that are flexible and tightly aligned to business needs. She has a high degree of integrity and conducts her business with a flexible, positive and straightforward approach.
